We proudly present our newest Orange Holiday Housing owned property: Amalia-2.34! 😍

This beautiful and luxury top floor apartment with roof terrace is southeast oriented, so lots of sun!

Amalia-2.34 is situated in Villa Amalia Phase 2. This residential is adjacent to Villa Amalia Phase 1, but has its own amenities: two large swimming pools, a heated jet stream pool, a whirlpool bath and even a sauna! Of course Villa Amalia Phase 2 has wonderful gardens and grass areas too. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with floor heating. The master bedroom has a double bed and bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the property. In the living room is a TV with Chromecast and IPTV. Thanks to the water softener, there is soft water. The apartment has super fast WiFi by optical fiber and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The roof terrace (with all day sun) has a shower too and the balcony is southeast facing.

Now for rent at Orange Holiday Housing: Casa Plugge, opposite Playa los Naúfragos! 🏖️ Casa Plugge is a terraced house just 200 meters from Playa los Naúfragos and 2 kilometers from the boulevard of Torrevieja. The house has a northeast facing terrace and a southwest facing roof terrace. This comfortably furnished house has two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bedroom with two single beds. Two cots are available. Both bathrooms have a toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a smart TV in the living room. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are available throughout the property. The house has a washing machine/tumble dryer. Parking along the road is for free. A couple of years for rent already, but not on our socials yet: Amalia-3! A lovely southeast facing ground floor apartment in Villa Amalia! 😍 This comfortable apartment can accommodate 5 persons thanks to the sofabed in the living room. The apartment has two terraces. The pool facing terrace is oriented to the southeast. On the other side of the apartment you find a terrace with plenty of privacy and a barbecue.
