This is a family run private villa, in the town of Villamartin, Costa Blanca. It sleeps up to 6 people and you have access to a private pool in the complex

Our family run villa is like home from home. It is located within a small complex in Villamartin on the Costa Blanca (40 mins south of Alicante and 20 mins from Murcia Airport). It sleeps up to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, lounge and dining area. It also has a private garden with shaded and sunny areas. This water park is good for families, it does have a smaller children's area also and is about 40 mins drive from the villa

The villa is situated within a quiet community, set back from the street through a tiled walkway and next to a landscaped stream, which leads up to the private residents’ pool. We have tried to make the villa as homely as possible with the following accommodation:

Weeks for villa rental now available in May, June, July and August due to a cancellation. Pictures below show the pool a few metres from the villa, our garden and La Zenia beach 10 to 15 mins away in a car. £395 a week and July/Aug £495 a week.

The location has the benefit of being secluded in a lush, mature setting, having a stream outside the front garden and easy access to the private residents' pool. (Includes a shallow pool for small children).
