This spacious and modern penthouse apartment is located virtually on the Peñoncillo beach, which is a less crowded beach than the Ferrara and Cenicero beaches to the West. The roof terrace has a stunning view over the sea to the South East and the mountains to the North. Torrox Costa is claimed to have the best climate in Europe with long, sunny summers and short mild winters. The town offers a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a market day (Mondays). The Paseo Marítimo (promenade) along Ferrara beach which is a 5-10-minute walk from Peñoncillo has excellent places for eating out.
From the apartment it is a 5-10-minute walk to the center of the town and a 10-minute drive to Nerja (to the East). The apartment includes a fully furnished roof terrace with dining place, sunbeds and barbecue, and a living room balcony with a small dining place.
