A great morning for our guests. Artist Klaus Hinkel has taught them how to mix water colours. The group are now enjoying a Spanish salad, juicy cherry tomatoes with garlic, cured Chorizo and olives with a chargrilled chicken breast. For dessert there is minty melon and mango. Delicious!

A really creative day at Casa Maria. Delicious lunch of Chickpea and Mint Salad, Cherry Tomato, Basil and Balsamic Salad followed by Chargrilled Gem Lettuce with Asparagus and a Mimosa Sauce.Chilled white Rioja and iced water.Perfect for a hot summer day.
