If you’re feeling stuck and as though you want change in your life, especially after the big energies of the last few weeks, remember that nothing changes if nothing changes.

Change in your life needs to begin with you.

So often when we feel stuck in life we are waiting for something or someone outside of us to change.

But then we give all of our power away to something external and have to wait until that thing changes until we can change.

When the truth is that you can change your life and become unstuck in any moment that you choose to.

You can make even just a small change so something changes.

Equally it’s not enough to know how we want change but just to sit back and wait for it, we have to meet the universe half way.

We have to do what we can do so that the universe can then step in and help us the rest of the way.

This may be as simple as changing your thoughts or the way you view certain things or how you act or behave towards certain things.

It may be making changes within yourself around your levels of self-trust, self-belief and self-worth.

It may be bigger things like setting a boundary or having a hard conversation or taking a brave first step or making a decision about something and acting on it.

It may be a total life overhaul (especially after the eclipses!) and changing your job or home or relationship status.

But I promise you change something and everything will change.
