Our house is situated on the outskirts of parc natural de la serra calderona in olocau and is an enduro and xc mountain bikers dream, and a walkers paradise.
There are hotsprings 1hr away and the many beeches are 30 mins away.
Also the dh park at la fenososa is 1hr 30mins from our house.
perfect for winter training in the sun
Also roadies have there own roadways for banging out the miles with the sun on your back.
for the motorbikers circuit ricardo tormo is 30 mins away and thats the home of the motogp (as you already know )
Also motocross in the area is very popular.

Valencia has many cathedrals and churches and plenty of out door parks, aquarium and along the grand via there are galleries and other attractions.
The beech in Valencia is huge and has plenty of eateries and some bohemian bars and hangouts along the beech road.

Our house has 2 double bedrooms both ensuite,3 bathrooms all on the ground floor with separate kitchen/day room, huge living/dining room, 1st floor sleeps an extra 4 adults or 6 children but has a sloped roof so head height on first floor is low at one end.
also we have spare single beds which can be used for extra guest's maximum 11 total guests.

180sqm landscaped garden with olive and almond trees.
swimming pool is 4 foot shallow end and 8 foot at the deep end so small children should be looked after around the pool.
pool has steps into it .

Gated drive and secluded on 3 sides.

This property is a 10 minutes drive from local shops so a rental car is a necessity, Goldcar have an office in Valencia airport.
there is a petrol garage 5 minutes drive from the house and train links to valencia from Lliria.
