Welcome to our new guests Paul and Clare who are with us for the very first time. Unfortunately at Edinburgh Airport Paul was not allowed to bring his quickie electric wheelchair as they could not disconnect his batteries as they didn't have a big enough screw driver. 😂 Luckily, as our previous guests know we try and keep as much equipment on hand just for these occasions. Paul is now back mobile at the villa with our quickie electric wheelchair, so he's able to get out and about again.

PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE NEW DECREE !!!!

The Valencian Government have issued a new decree that from the 8th August 2024 ( not including any pre existing bookings) the maximum stay in any tourist licensed property is now 10 days in the whole of the Valencian region.

We have amended our booking system to comply with above new law so you can now book for 9 nights, 10 days. We hope you all understand our need to comply with this new law.

It is with the deepest regret that we wish to inform you that our very dear Mum, Lillian Blackburn has passed away, god bless her. All of you that know us are aware of just how much she was loved and thought of by so very many. Kevin, myself and the family are truly devastated. Thankfully, we were able to be by her side, to love, care and reassure her until the angels took our beloved lady.
Never was a mother loved as much as you Mum. We are grateful that you are no longer in pain.
And, I promise to look after your heartbroken son. God bless you Mum, until we meet again 💖💖💞💞💗

PLEASE READ THIS AND BE AWARE. I can honestly say I never thought I'd be writing and telling this story. At present all I am going to say is we are absolutely bewildered, upset and angry. We had a new family in and care staff who arrived to us on the 31st of July. Within three full days of being here they have between them totally wrecked our villa. The damage caused to the property and our belongings is unbelievable. Their abusive, vile behavior is and will not be tolerated. People who think it is acceptable behavior to act in this manner at our property will be asked to vacate straight away. This, in eight years has never happened before and will not be tolerated ever again by me and Hannah. Anybody who has stayed with us knows we put our heart and souls into everything we do. We are totally gutted and lost for words.😠😠😠🙁🙁🙁🙁

This is how i relax after a very busy summer biking has always been one of my passions though out my life now i have a bit of free time this is what i love. Awesome day at cartagena with Sam levy open curcuit second time on the bike and the track great day had by all in the Spanish sun ☀

Good afternoon everyone. We've done a video of inside the villa this morning to try and help you all understand how it works. Hope you like it . All our sliding doors to each room are a minimum of 820 mm and entry door to hallway is 920mm.All ramps outside are 1.5 metres wide with anti slip tiles. 1.5 metres entry between lounge entrance and kitchen and kitchen to utility 1.2 metres wide, we hope this answers some questions about the Villa for those who have never been to us.

Well it's always are pleasure to have our lovely Scottish family back out with us enjoying the weather and the pool. Welcome George,heather,wilma and ross. Great to have you all back for two weeks
