Villa James is a luxury 2 bed, 2 bathroom villa available to rent situated in the prestigious residential area of Faro Park, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

Sleeps 4, 1 double & 2 single beds. Fully furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. The interior of the villa has marbled floors and charming shutters that guarantee a peaceful nights sleep. Outside is a heated pool set in a large sun terrace with 4 sun loungers. The terrace also offers a shaded area for those wishing to sit out of the sun. There is also a dining area available on the terrace for those wishing to dine alfresco. The large garden also has mature palms and other native plants with a Canarian style BBQ. The villa has a 50 inch flat screen TV, with Freeview TV package which includes BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 and various Sky channels, as well as a DVD player with a selection of DVD's available. We also provide free WIFI for all our guests. We provide 3 top quality mountain bikes to explore the local area. A washing machine, rotary washing line and iron is also available for our guests to use. We provide plenty of bath and beach towels for our guests. Parking is available on the road outside the villa at the side of the property. There are a few restaurants, cafes and bars within a 3 minute walk from the villa, as well as 2 grocery shops and a bus service every 30 minutes which can take you into Playa Blanca town centre.

This villa is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday on a peaceful residential area taking in the stunning views of Montana Roja and enjoying the coastal walk that leads you past Playa Flamingo beach and into the heart of Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca has a large selection of cosmopoliton cafes and restaurants along with all types of shops, banks and a taxi rank.
