የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ከነገ ጥቅምት 24 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ሁሉም ወደ አዲስ አበባ የሚገቡ የሀገር ውስጥ በረራዎች በአዲስ መልክ ዕድሳት ወደተደረገለት የሀገር ውስጥ መንገደኞች ማስተናገጃ (Domestic Terminal 1) እንደሚዞሩ ለማሳወቅ ይወዳል፡፡ ይኸው የሀገር ውስጥ መንገደኞች ማስተናገጃ ተርሚናል 1 ሙሉ አገልግሎት መስጠት እስከሚጀምር ድረስ ወደሀገር ውስጥ የሚደረጉ በረራዎች በሙሉ ከዓለም አቀፉ የመንገደኞች ማስተናገጃ ማዕከል (Terminal 2) የሚቀጥሉ መሆናቸውን ለማሳሰብ እንወዳለን፡፡

ርዋንዳ ለሁሉም አፍሪካውያን ከቪዛ ነፃ የጉዞ ፈቃድ ይፋ አደረገች

ርዋንዳ ለሁሉም አፍሪካውያን ከቪዛ ነፃ የጉዞ ፈቃድ ይፋ አድርጋለች።

እንደ አውሮፓ የሼንገን ዞን የሰዎችን በነፃነት መንቀሳቀስ እና መገበያየት ለማሳደግ አህጉሪቱ የያዘችውን ዓላማ ተከትሎ ርዋንዳ አፍሪካውያን ያለ ቪዛ ወደ ሀገሯ እንዲገቡ መፍቀዷን በትናንትናው ዕለት አስታውቃለች።

ፕሬዚዳንት ፖል ካጋሜ ከቪዛ ነፃ የጉዞ ፈቃዱን ይፋ ባደረጉበት ወቅት፤ እምቅ አቅም ያላትና የቱሪዝም መዳረሻ የሆነችው አፍሪካ 60 በመቶው ከአፍሪካ ውጭ ባሉ ጎብኚዎች ጥገኛ መሆኑን የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት የአፍሪካ ኢኮኖሚክ ኮሚሽን መረጃ እንደሚያሳይ ጠቅሰዋል፡፡

ካጋሜ በ23ኛው የዓለም የጉዞ እና ቱሪዝም ምክር ቤት ዓለም አቀፍ ጉባኤ ላይ ማንኛውም አፍሪካዊ በፈለገ ጊዜ ወደ ርዋንዳ በአውሮፕላን መግባት እንደሚችልና ምንም አይነት ክፍያ እንደማይከፍልም ገልፀዋል።

"የራሳችንን አህጉራዊ ገበያ መዘንጋት የለብንም" ያሉት ፕሬዚዳንቱ፤ "በመጪዎቹ አስርት ዓመታት መካከለኛ አቅማችን በፍጥነት ማደጉን ከቀጠለ አፍሪካውያን የዓለም አቀፉ ቱሪዝም የወደፊት እጣ ፈንታ ይሆናሉ" ብለዋል፡፡

በዚህም ርዋንዳ ለአፍሪካውያን የጉዞ ገደቦችን በማንሳት አራተኛዋ አፍሪካዊት ሀገር ትሆናለች ማለታቸውን ኢንዲፔንደንት ዘግቧል።

ጋምቢያ፣ ቤኒን እና ሲሼልስ ሌሎቹ ከቪዛ ነፃ የጉዞ ፈቃድ የሚሰጡ ሀገራት ናቸው።

Effective 8 November 2021, passengers to the United States will be required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of their vaccination status to fly to the United States.

Fully vaccinated air passengers, regardless of citizenship, will continue to be required to show a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test taken no more than three days before they board their flight to the United States.

For passengers who are not fully vaccinated, the rules will tighten to require a test taken no more than one day before departing to the united states (Antigen Test, or PCR). Everyone else (US and non US citizens) will need to take pre-departure test and show proof of vaccination. Unvaccinated travelers will need to provide negative antigen test within one day of travel.

Individuals can be considered fully vaccinated > 2 weeks after receipt of the last dose if they have received any single dose of an FDA approved/authorized or WHO EUL approved single-dose series (i.e., Janssen), or any combination of two doses of an FDA approved/Authorized or WHO emergency use listed COVID-19 two-dose series (i.e. mixing and matching).

Further to the directive sent from the UAE , please be informed that effective Sat, 04th Sept 2021, Ethiopia has been added in the list of restricted countries by UAE Authorities.

Hence, passengers from ADD with final destination to DXB need to fulfil the following in order to travel:

All passengers entering DXB must present a valid Negative Covid-19 PCR Test certificate issued within 48 hours prior to departure and from an approved health service with a QR code.
UAE Residents only must have GDRFA or ICA approval.
All passengers entering DXB must present a Rapid PCR negative test report conducted at the departure airport within six (6) hours prior to departure, with a QR code.
* Passengers must be advised to bring with them ETB 1,200 which will be the cost for the rapid test at ADD airport.

* All passengers must be advised to come for check in at 9:00 AM in the morning.

Note: please be informed that cutover time for sample collection is 10:30AM. The last passenger has to be at the sample collection counter at ADD airport before 10:30 AM local time. Passengers arriving at the airport after 10:30 AM will be denied acceptance for check-in.

Exemptions for PCR test requirements apply to following categories:

All UAE nationals arriving from any country to Dubai are not required to conduct PCR test before boarding a flight to Dubai. They are only required to perform a PCR test on arrival in Dubai; 1st degree non-UAE national accompanying a UAE national family member;
Domestic workers accompanying a UAE national sponsor;
Children of age under 12-years and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities.

Please ensure all passengers are aware of the new requirements and follow through with the new sets of requirements.
