Hagere Community Development Association (HCDA) is an indigenous non-governmental, non-profit, secular, legally registered association.

Hagere Community Development Association (HCDA) is an indigenous non-governmental, non-profit, secular, legally registered association established in May 2012 with a group of volunteers who are committed for improving the livelihood of poor and vulnerable community groups. The founders have a wide experience in the area of community care services, social counseling and integrated community develop

ment programs. The rationale behind establishing the organization is the gap in the various areas of community care services, social counseling and integrated community development programs especially education, health and water projects. At the outset, the association is established with a set of vision, mission and goal that caters to the needs of the various community members including children, youth, women and others that require increased attention and support.
