This announcement is for pedestrians and cyclists in the immediate vicinity of Jätkäsaari bridge 🚲🚶
Due to the bridge renovation in Jätkäsaari, the pedestrian and cycling path on the Hietalahti side of Jätkäsaarenlaituri is temporarily closed.
The detour route past the construction site is as follows:
Pedestrians: via Sinikaislansilta
Pedestrians and Cyclists: via Laivapojansilta and along Laivapojankatu.
If you are traveling to or from the West Harbour on foot or by bicycle, please take this into account.
Motor vehicles and trams can pass through the construction site without interruption throughout the renovation.

On November 29th, the Tallinn Christmas Market will be opened on Town Hall Square. The square will be transformed into a true fairy-tale land and the city's most beautiful Christmas tree can be seen glowing in the middle of the square – a tradition that goes back 580 years. There will be market stalls surrounding the Christmas tree offering goods and festive flavours for you to enjoy. The Tallinn Christmas Market will be opened until December 27th. From Monday to Saturday, MS Finlandia leaves Tallinn early in the morning at 06:00 and arrives in Helsinki as the first ship at 08:15. Just in time to get to a nine o'clock meeting or start a busy day in Helsinki! If the early morning wake-up is too tiring, then book a cabin where you can rest and gather strength for the upcoming day. Breakfast can be enjoyed either at the Bistro & Cafe Satama or at the Buffet Eckerö restaurant. Welcome aboard MS Finlandia early in the morning!

As an additional service, we offer passengers travelling with a car a faster exit from MS Finlandia, i.e. the car is directed to the upper car deck, where there is a faster exit from the ship. The price of the service is 10€ per one way and applies to size 1 and 2 vehicles. NB! The number of places is limited.
