5 years ago this weekend we hosted our very 1st Rebels party with Derrick Carter.
Beautiful to think that Alinka first stepped her toes in the original Chicago house scene alongside Derrick C. and others. Round in circles we go!

Hilla Liila. Local Deepin puheenjohtaja. Väärinymmärretty house-musiikin sanansaattaja. Tavaramerkkeihin lukeutuu suuret vokaalit, erikoiset biitit, makoisat bassolinjat ja saumaton miksaaminen. Tällä kertaa Rebelseihin hän lupaa tuoda mukanaan räiskähtelevää upliftausta ja hipaisun mystiikkaa.

Helsingin undergroundbileistä klubeille noussut Jokki on toiminut tapahtumajärjestäjänä ja DJ:nä lähes kymmenen vuotta. Soittaminen sujuu Better Things to Do -kollektiivin kanssa joko ryhmässä tai soolona.  

Soittamisen ytimessä toimii housemusiikki, m***a Jokki tunnetaan kyvystään yhdistellä ennakkoluulottomasti genrejä. Touhussa täytyy kuitenkin pitää mukana kaikki punaiset langat. Perkussiot, syntikkapoppi, discodiivojen vokaalit, rullaavat bassolinjat ja rikotyt rytmit ovat viimeaikoina saaneet sijaa hänen seteissään.

MORA toimii My Techno Weighs A Ton lafkan residenttinä sekä post êxistance aliaksen toisena puoliskona.

Rakenteellisen dekonstruktion kautta eteerisiin sielunmaisemiin sekä todellisuuksien välisiin dialogeihin.
Seteissä huokuu syvät ja sielukkaat groovit sekä tummempi kääntöpuoli. Iltaa varten MORA kanavoi omaa q***r-minäänsä q***rimmän musiikin johdattamana.
