Helsingin Sanomat writes about a situation where two oil tankers nearly collided on the Gulf of Finland, but Finnish Traffic Agency operators managed to prevent the accident through their guidance. This is a prime example of why vessel traffic management is needed, and we are proud to have provided the VTMS that helps Finnish operators survey maritime traffic.
