Two unique exhibitions reside now under the same roof at Kemi, Finland!
The Arctic Comics Center’s comic exhibition moved under the same roof with Gemstone Gallery at summer 2019. Exhibition presents over 30 comic artists’ works in forms of originals, figures and videos. The Arctic Comics Center also provides largest comic collection of Nordic countries consisting of thousands of albums and magazines. This collection is first time available for public eye, being part of the new exhibition.
Gemstone Gallery presents unique collection of raw- and precious stones all around the world since 1986. First floor of the exhibition presents over 3000 different stones from over 60 different countries. Replicas of the world famous diamonds and royal gems, such as British Imperial State Crown, Norway’s Empire Apples, Russian scepter from year 1770 and France’s Queen Marie Antoinette’s necklace from late 1700’s are all presented on second floor of the exhibition. Star of the exhibition is authentic Royal crown of King of Finland!
