Herbs for the customers 🌿

I wanted to add a little extra to the kitchen and here's the result! A small herb garden for the customers to use. The herbs are all from a local farmer here in Korpo and the bucket found in a storage at home. Come out quite nicely, don't you think? 💚

Under lägret jobbar vi tillsammans på en kort föreställning kring någon natur-relaterad saga som deltagarna själva får välja och pysslar rekvisita med inspiration från naturen.

Spring is here with sunny days and warm weather. Nature has woken up at super speed the last few days. The forest is full of spring flowers and the trees are starting to get leaves. 🌱

Mindfulness at its best! 🙏

Spending the weekend in the forest learning more about bushcraft. Super relaxing to just sit in the forest and carve a piece of wood. The whole group just sat in silence, fully concentrated on their task.

How do you like to relax in the forest? 🌲

Teaterläger i naturen ~ Teattrileiri luonnossa 🎭🤹‍♀️🍃

Ett kreativt sommarläger för barn där vi använder oss av naturen som inspiration och scen för att skapa en naturnära teaterupplevelse.

Under lägret jobbat vi tillsammans på en kort föreställning kring någon natur-relaterad saga som deltagarna själva får välja, pysslar handdockor och och rekvisita med inspiration från naturen vi har omkring oss. Vi kockar tillsammans med barnen lunch och mellanmål under dagen.

Lägret avslutas med föreställning för föräldrarna där vi bjuder på något gott som vi kockat tillsammans.

Luova kesäleiri lapsille, jossa käytämme luontoa inspiraationa ja näyttämönä luodaksemme luontoläheisen teatterielämyksen.

Leirin aikana teimme yhdessä lyhyen esityksen jostakin luontoon liittyvästä sadusta, jonka osallistujat voivat itse valita, tehdä käsinukkeja ja rekvisiitta, jotka ovat saaneet inspiraationsa ympäröivästä luonnosta. Päivän aikana valmistamme lasten kanssa lounaan ja välipaloja.

Leiri päättyy vanhemmille suunnattuun esitykseen, jossa tarjotaan yhdessä tehtyä herkullista.

Equipped with a backpack full of adventure you head into the forest where nature-themed tasks awaits you. It's always a great joy to take out a group of students from all over the world and give them the experience of spending the night in self-made shelters in the cold. This time we had amazing weather with a full moon and clear sky. 😇

Winter wonders ❄️

The sea in the archipelago is frozen for the first time in many years due to the really cold weather we had last week. What a bliss! 🌊

Remember to always stay safe when walking, skiing or skating on natural ice. Always bring safety gear and a good friend!
