RovaKoti offers two upscale apartments in a prime location in Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland in the Arctic region. Kiela residential area is very popular amongst locals thanks to its green and car-free district. It is located in the heart of the city in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with easy accessibility to the main street with its restaurants and shops. All services of the city, a

s well as shopping centers (Sampokeskus, Rinteenkulma, Revontuli) are within walking distance and main points of interest are also at one’s fingertip (Arktikum, Pilke, Culture House Korundi, Lordi Square). The Kemi River promenade is only a few minutes away with its magnificent view to Ounasvaara Hill and Lumberjack’s Candle Bridge. Bus stop for Bus number 8 to the Arctic Circle (Santa Claus Village) is just around the corner. Nordic Design Suite is located in the Niittylä building of Kiela district, a newly built property that was handed over in October 2020. Saaga Suite is situated on the other end of the Kiela district, in the Mäntylä building that was constructed in 2017. RovaKoti home units are modern and cosy one-bedroom apartments that are luxuriously furnished with Finns’ favourite design items. Both are situated on the 3rd floor, hence they are warm and bright and offer high-end fittings and fixtures. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with all white goods and a private glazed balcony. Some of the amenities include a modern private sauna, a walk-in closet and an outdoor area in the well-kept community garden. In order to ensure that guests have a 5-star stay, high quality beddings and towels from Finnish designers (Pentik, Vallila, Marimekko, Finlayson), as well as bathroom amenities are provided.
