Pienet joulukuuset ovat täydentäneet kävelykadun joulutunnelmaa jo useamman vuoden ajan. Kuuset on hoidettu paikoilleen paikkallisten yrittäjien toimesta ja tänä vuonna mukaan kuusitalkoisiin lähti yhteensä 66 yritystä ja myös Lapland Safaris.

Last nights were generous for Northern lights in Lapland😍. You still have a chance to enjoy this beautiful weather phenomena from the boat during our Aurora Borealis catamaran cruise on Mondays and Thursdays till the end of September.

Hop on an adventure to Kotisaari Island!🛶🌿

Start your experience by traveling on traditional riverboat. The riverboats travel along River Kemijoki to Kotisaari Island, where an old-fashioned log driving milieu and delicious dishes await! In the atmospheric restaurant, guests get to enjoy their evening in the lap of nature. This summer, the menu is bursting with crispy and smoky BBQ flavours.

This year marks Savurafla Kotisaari’s third summer. The restaurant is open every week from 14 June to 31 August 2024, from Thursday to Saturday. The booking calendar fills up fast every year, so don’t dawdle!

Did you know that you can also meet Santa Claus in the summer?🎅☀️

Santa Claus Village, which is located in the Arctic Circle, is open every day of the year, and Santa Claus also receives guests daily. You can plan your own trip to Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi or participate in the safaris organised by Lapland Safaris.

In summer, we organise six-hour Santa Claus safari that includes a riverboat ride to the workshop and reindeer farm as well as a visit to Santa Claus Village. There will be plenty of time for shopping as well.

Did you know in Lapland we have 24 hours of daylight during summer?☀️

In Rovaniemi the Midnight Sun lasts from mid June to early July. During this time sun doesn't set below the horizon at all. After dark winter months endless daylight is warmly welcomed.
