Luksusmatkailun pioneeri laajentaa Levillä

Luksusmatkailun uranuurtaja ja useaan kertaan palkittu Luxury Action on ostanut legendaarisen Levin Lapinkylän liiketoiminnot.

”Levin Lapinkylän liiketoimintojen sekä maakauppojen jälkeen meillä on käytössämme noin 200 hehtaarin yksityinen ja ainutlaatuinen alue, aivan Levin juurella. Tulemme kehittämään paikkaa enemmän autenttisen luksusmatkailun suuntaan ympärivuotisesti ja muun muassa tuomme Siperian huskyt porojen lisäksi Lapinkylään.
Lisäksi tuomme eksklusiivisen ja taian omaisen joulupukkituotteemme tonttuineen Leville, joka meillä on toiminut jo vuosia Rovaniemellä. Nämä toiminnot tukevat myös Levillä toimivan omistamamme safaritalon Arctic Circle Snowmobile Parkin toimintoja”, kertoo Janne Honkanen.

”Olen hyvin tyytyväinen, että Levin Lapinkylä siirtyy hyviin uusiin käsiin ja liiketoimintaa tullaan kehittämään entisestään”, toteaa Levin Lapinkylän edustaja toimitusjohtaja Erja Luiro.

Luxury Action jatkaa kasvustrategiaansa, yhtiö on puoli vuotta aikaisemmin ostanut Rovaniemellä toimineen Porohovin.

Luxury Actionin perustaja Janne Honkanen on monen matkailun innovaation takana. Hän on tehnyt miljoonainvestointeja koronan aikana, ja jatkanut niitä sen jälkeen mm. ostamalla Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park safaritalon ja Porohovin Rovaniemellä. Lisäksi Honkasen luotsaama yhtiö on mm. avannut ensimmäisen yksityisen luksusluokan kylpylän erämaamaisemiin sekä sijoittanut luksusluokan matkailuautoon, joka tarjoaa aivan uudenlaista saavutettavuutta Pohjoismaiden kiertämisestä haaveilevalle luksusmatkailijoille.

Luxury Action on kasvattanut omaa työvoimaansa samaan aikaan. Tänä päivänä yhtiöllä on kaksikymmentäkuusi vakituista työntekijää ja kuluneella talvikaudella Luxury Action työllisti lähes kaksisataa työntekijää, mikä on yhtiön ennätys. Työntekijöiden lisäksi yhtiö kehittämää omia palveluitaan, jotta matkailijan kokema palvelu olisi saumatonta ja osa Luxury Actionin lupaamaa laadukasta palvelukokonaisuutta.

Luxury Travel Pioneer Expands in Levi

Luxury travel innovator and multi-award-winning company Luxury Action has acquired the business operations of the legendary Levin Lapinkylä.

"After the acquisition of Levin Lapinkylä's business operations and land transactions, we now have access to approximately 200 hectares of private and unique land, right at the foot of Levi. We will be developing the area further towards authentic luxury travel experiences year-round and will introduce Siberian huskies, in addition to reindeer, to Lapinkylä.
Furthermore, we will bring our exclusive and magical Christmas product line with elves to Levi, which has been operating in Rovaniemi for years. These activities also support the operations of our safari house, Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park, in Levi," says Janne Honkanen.

"I am very pleased that Levin Lapinkylä is transitioning into good new hands, and we will continue to develop the business further," states Erja Luiro, Managing Director representative of Levin Lapinkylä.

Luxury Action continues its growth strategy; the company had previously acquired Porohovi in Rovaniemi six months ago.

Belief in Growth
Janne Honkanen, the founder of Luxury Action, has been behind many tourism innovations. He has made multimillion investments during the pandemic and continued them afterward, including purchasing the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park safari house and Porohovi in Rovaniemi. Additionally, under Honkanen's leadership, the company has opened the first private luxury spa in wilderness settings and invested in a luxury-class travel trailer, offering a whole new level of accessibility for luxury travellers dreaming of exploring the Nordics.

Luxury Action has also increased its workforce. Tehtävä on monipuolinen sisältäen kiinteistön, kaluston sekä ohjelmapalvelualuiden kunnossapitoa ja huoltotoimintaa. Huoltopäällikön päivittäiseen työhön kuuluu huoltotiimin töiden suunnittelu, työnjohto ja tarvittaessa pienten huoltotoimien suorittaminen tiimin kanssa.
