Brief Overview
The Farmers’ Carnival was established in 2002 to provide assistance to the needy students of Lautoka. Today the Farmers’ Carnival has become a major annual event for the people of Lautoka. Every year the Farmers’ Carnival Committee provides assistance to children of Lautoka by providing text books, school uniform and bag packs, etc.
From this year the Farmers’ Carnival Committee has decided to extend its assistance to overseas medical treatment which is not available in Fiji. We also have plans to provide wheel chairs and other equipment to the disadvantaged people.
