A big warm Bula to our Yoga community in Fiji,

Our sincere apologies for our hiatus as the entire premises has been rented for the last 11 weeks so we hope to fit in a few activities as the entire property will possibly be rented out again in the 1st quarter of next year for an entire year..

So, we will be offering the following in the coming months:

We will be taking a break for December & January but feel free to contact us if you can get a group together for a hike or yoga 😉

Ni Bula Vinaka Fam,

Sorry for the hiatus, as we've had a group take the entire property for just over 2 months..

But we'll begin our Yoga Treats again in mid October - so save the date! The group will be back March next year and will possibly take Kauwai for an entire year, so do make the most of our adventures and Yoga Treats!

Otherwise, shout out to Ark for building our chicken coop where we're happy to announce the first of our free range eggs ❤️🥚🐔..

Meet our feathered squad of 4 -
Raven the rooster,
the beautiful Cindabella (Bella)
and her 2 evil step sisters..

Also, after approx 5 years our sour sop has begun fruiting.. Tears to my eyes 😅🥰

So we'll be beginning on October when Cloud has returns from Kailash.

Superheroes.
Here's to the first 5 Kaivalagi that have crossed the Island Ovalau in one day.
We bow down to their adventurous spirits, their open hearts and thank Epi and Jo from 's_Tour for facilitating this memorable accomplishment.
Finishing the weekend with a 3 hour Kayak Tour to a beautiful sandbank in the middle of the ocean. What else is there?
Oh right, Bu and kana (fresh chilled coconuts and a healthy delicious lunch)☺️

So blessed and blissed out.

Cycling Ovalau.
We had a beautiful bunch of ladies visiting. Cycling around our beautiful island, exploring the diverse scenery from all angles. On their way home, we topped their experience by taking a sweet dip in the middle of the ocean.
How blessed we all are to be alive.
Vinaka va'levu and stay blessed every day.
