The relaxing, peaceful, self-contained and fully serviced villa in the heart of the Coral Coast awaits. Amongst beautiful tropical gardens, the house, pool, bure and decks are set against the stunning backdrop of the azure Pacific Ocean, providing the perfect place to unwind and enjoy “Fiji Time”! Delana is the Fijian word for "On the Hill". The elevation of Delana House gives the illusion that we are the only house in the vicinity which evokes a feeling of total privacy and peace. The soothing sound of waves breaking on the reef provides the background music to your day…
Delana is a private and peaceful family orientated haven situated in the small coastal town of Korotogo (pronounced Korotongo). It is the centre of everything on the Coral Coast – great diving, snorkelling, golf, surfing, adventure tourism, heritage, culture and the best fresh produce in Fiji from the fertile Sigatoka River Valley.
Facilities & Amenities
Delana House is architecturally designed. Pacific style high beamed ceilings, opening on to verandas, set around the pool amidst tropical gardens and magnificent views! Our live-in caretaking couple, Semi and Aloesi are the essence of Delana – welcoming, caring, fun and always discrete.
Villa is fully self-contained opening on to a large covered walkway, multiple decks and relaxing spaces
Sleeps 7 – two large bedrooms with smart en-suite bathrooms plus a 3rd ‘outside’ bathroom. Beds, super king/or twin. Fine luxurious bed linens. Children’s cot and extra single bed for children in the same room as parents.

Your personal laundry is washed and returned beautifully ironed for you!
Child friendly – fully fenced and gated from the pool and front entrance. We provide evening only babysitting at a small additional charge.
Kitchen is well equipped with cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer filtered refrigerated drinking water.
Large covered dining deck with outside kitchen and gas barbecue
Eco friendly salt-water pool – no harsh chemicals used.
Snorkelling equipment, beach mats and reef shoes available . Please bring your own reef shoes for children.
Two sea kayaks for complimentary use when tides and winds are suitable
From Delana, within a few minutes walk there is:

Getting Around From Delana
Sigatoka town is 8kms away home of the colourful Sigatoka fresh produce market, supermarkets, craft and tourist stores.
Korotogo is well serviced with a regular revolving bus service to and from Sigatoka town.
Good reasonably price taxis’
Coach pick-up/drop off for sightseeing and other activities on the coast.
Activities
The popular Kula Eco Park, in close proximity to Delana, provides interest and fun for all ages and stages. The native birds, reptiles, and other protected species are in a varied eco-environment of interesting flora and fauna.
There are two interactive popular activities there – the Splash Mountain water slide from the top of the hill winding down through the jungle.
The Kula Crazy Canopy flier, a modified zip line ride through the jungle and around the massive old trees. Both are fun for ‘big kids’ as well.
For the smaller adventurers, children in the under 10 age group there is a water park in the middle of the complex with a café as well.
Our newest eco adventure activity Ecotrax - Bikes mounted on trolleys on the old cane train line. Suitable for all ages and stages. Advanced bookings are essential.

We quote in Fijian dollars but give you the approximate conversion to your currency. The rate includes all taxes, full daily servicing and the complimentary supplies and activities as mentioned.
