ME is open plan downstairs and has both a living room (facing the pool) and TV room (facing onto the river) with Sky Pacific TV. With french doors opening onto the fan cooled pool deck and river areas, the HOME allows for two families to share this villa with plenty of space for all. Upstairs, the house contains a family bedroom (one queen, two singles), large bathroom and rooftop patio overlooking the river, whilst downstairs contains one King sized and one Queen sized bedroom - both sharing the fully renovated bathroom. These two bedrooms both open onto the pool area via french doors. With most rooms having overhead fans as well as air conditioning, you can be sure of your comfort in any weather. The home is bright and light, and simply a delight to live in. A maid service (we prefer you to use our own trusted staff member) can be arranged easily so all you need to do is sit back and relax with a drink by the pool (which, incidentally is THAT private...). Fish and swim from your private dock, laze by the pool in perfect privacy, this home offers everything you could possibly want in a great holiday home as well as being a short walk from all the adventures, shops, restaurants etc. Pacific Harbour has to offer. Do a lot - or stay home and do nothing!! We can even arrange a maid service. Overnight Guest numbers are limited to those as stipulated in the booking. Should guests fail to comply with these requests, we reserve the right to ask guests to vacate immediately.
