We are looking for an experienced career Head of Housekeeping, patient leader who can demonstrate to her housekeeping team all the required care and management of all aspects of the interior.
A sound understanding of wardrobe management, guest luggage services, product management, product use, and fabric care and knowledge.
Working closely with the Chief Stewardess and taking pride in her role. Someone who doesn'tt take themselves too serious, happy to help out in other areas if required, a fair and thoughtful team leader.
A real close team and a well manged yacht. Salary depending on experience. Starting asap with a 5:1 leave within the first 12 months, increasing to 3:1 after that. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is career minded and looking for a long term commitment.

For persons aged 11 years or more, a virology screening test (PCR) carried out less than 72 hours before boarding showing no COVID-19 contamination.

All Crew arriving from the UK will have to be in possession of a negative PCR test taken after the 7 day quarantine period prior to making an appointment at the Customs office to obtain the STAMP OUT of Schengen.

7 DAY QUARANTINE IMPOSED
Important update on all Crew arriving from the UK
The French Customs and Immigration office has informed us that a 7-day self-quarantine period will apply to all crew arriving from the UK prior to having an appointment at their Customs office to obtain the STAMP OUT of Schengen.
It will also be necessary to have in their possession a negative Covid Test which has to be taken on Day 7.

Attestation or movement within the area. From today you will be required to carry an attestation when going to or leaving the yacht or place of residency. During the lockdown period you will be able to move for reasons mentioned in the attestation.
Going to and returning from work. A separate professional attention with the yachts stamp will also be required (see attached ) professional travel that cannot be postponed also for the purpose of an examination.
Purchase of essential goods as stipulated by the government. Including supplies for the yacht if the professional store is included in the list of essential companies that can remain open. Exercise for 1 hour per day and within 1km of your residence. Walking a pet. Helping a vulnerable person.

Lockdown from midnight tonight
French President Emmanuel Macron has announced a new "light lockdown" in France to fight a surging second wave of the Covid-19 epidemic.
The new lockdown is to be less strict than the one in springtime, with schools and some businesses remaining open.
The new shutdown of all restaurants, bars and non-essential businesses is set to come into effect on Friday night and last until December 1st.
Like the nearly two-month confinement that began in March, a form will be required to leave one’s residence, with outings limited to acquiring essential goods, attending medical appointments, helping someone in need and other reasons to be detailed by the government on Thursday.
