This traditional stone property is in a quiet hamlet near the village of Aulnay de Saintonge - on the Compostela pilgimage route. The blue-shuttered cottage is set in beautiful countryside of corn and sunflower fields. The interior has been completely rennovated and the house has a small lawn area with car port (space for 2 cars), shaded by a huge old chestnut tree, with small raised wooden terrace area for outside dining. In addition there is a sun terrace accessed through the kitchen, ideal for dining of lounging with a book & Pinot!
