Built in 2005 it is a modern Provencal-style villa with 3 bedrooms, all with full en-suite bathrooms/shower room to sleep up to 6 people. The villa has a comfy spacious lounge/diner, a modern well equipped kitchen, Wifi internet, TV for use with DVDs, DVD player, a CD player/music system with input for MP3 or iPOD, plus Sony PS2. French windows lead to a south-facing sun terrace and shaded dining area with large gas BBQ. The garden is surrounded by fencing and has a small boules court. On-site parking for 2/3 cars.
