Yoga brunch.... a truly fantastic way to start the day! Yoga, meditation, Greek yogurt, home-made granola, fresh fruit salad, smoked salmon with cream cheese & basil wraps, freshly squeezed breakfast juice (apple, orange, turmeric & ginger) and a refreshing dip in the pool.
