L'Escapade is the perfect place for a family holiday or group getaway. Sleeping 11 plus cots in 4 large bedrooms with a private heated pool it is the ideal house for a relaxing break. Set in the small hamlet of Tramonzac on the very edge of the Dordogne / Charente border it is just 4 Km from the Aubeterre sur Dronne. Aubeterre is not only known as one of the most beautiful villages in France but a

lso has great restaurants, a riverside swimming beach and plenty of canoeing. 2km away from L'Escapade is the village of Bonnes with an excellent restaurant and a boulangerie, so you can stroll to get your croissants each morning. Just 4km in the other direction is St Aulaye which has another river beach and more restaurants. But with a heated pool and over an acre of grounds with play equipment you don't need to go anywhere just kick back and enjoy.

On 8th July the Tour de France will we passing through St Aulaye just a few km from L'Escapade. The house is available on these dates and there are even some (not quite race worthy!!) bikes you can borrow to watch the amazing event. The pool will be open and heated so you can relax post race. Dreaming of warmer days....We have availability in May half term (£1000/Week) and in the summer holidays (£2000/Week) as well as dates in between. L'Escapade sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms so is perfect for 2 families. There's plenty to do locally -whether you want to laze by the heated pool, swim and kayak at the river beaches or enjoy the local (slightly terrifying) Tree Top Adventure. PM for more details.
