Monsieur Bacchus Bicycle Tours is looking for a motivated, multilingual guide to join our team for the summer season. If you’re fluent in French, English, and Dutch, love cycling, and have a deep appreciation for the rich culture and history of Bordeaux, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Dutch-speaking clients on immersive bicycle tours through Bordeaux and the surrounding countryside.
• Share your knowledge of the region’s history, wine culture, and hidden gems.
• Interact with clients from around the world and create unforgettable experiences.
• Flex your entrepreneurial skills while representing Bordeaux’s unique charm.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English, and Dutch is a must.
• A passion for cycling and exploring new places.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A tourism student who’s excited about gaining hands-on experience in one of France’s top travel destinations.

The start of March this year has been hotter than usual, with some areas experiencing record-breaking temperatures. This is a worrying sign, as it indicates that global warming is intensifying, and its effects will be felt more intensely in the future. People who work outside will face even greater challenges as temperatures continue to rise.
Global warming is causing a rise in temperature, making it difficult for people who work outside, such as farmers, construction workers, and outdoor tourism workers. The hotter than usual start of March is a sign that global warming is intensifying. Employers can provide shade, water, and rest breaks, and individuals can wear appropriate clothing and stay hydrated. Responsible tourism, such as choosing eco-friendly transportation and supporting local businesses that prioritize sustainability, is also important. This time of the year is calm in town, no many reservations, so this is the reason why I took some time to relax and explore .
It was very nice to hang out and interact with others guides from Sevilla and Cordoba.
It's impressive to see how are becoming very popular to discover new destinations around the world.

Very happy because I realize how much love and energy we give during each experience in and it's sourandings are high quality . ❤️😘🙏🏼

Fantastic, friendly ambassadors for a beautiful city.

Fantastic! We were on a cycle holiday around Bordeaux and booked this city tour in advance through TripAdvisor to fill in our last day. It was amazing. "Flavie" our guide, had a wonderful way of sharing the history and sights of Bordeaux. An exceptional combination of knowledge and charm. We visited many places that we could not possibly have found on our own. Both she and "Mika" the other guide on the tour were friendly and interested to know about all the people on the tour.
After the tour, we visited a restaurant in one of the (off the beaten track) areas highlighted by Flavie. It was wonderful when, a few moments later, Mika happened to cycle past and he gave us the biggest wave and a huge smile. We felt really privileged to have found two such knowledgeable ambassadors for Bordeaux.
