Nous agrandissons nos bureaux et proposons donc 2 ou 3 postes en Open Space dans des bureaux de 110m2 au total, c'est du coworking bio soucieux de la qualité de vie des locataires 😉

Notre agence vient tout juste d'être labélisée RSE.

Les bureaux se situent à deux pas de la place du Palais, tout près du Tram et pas loin de la gare Saint Jean. Vous les partagerez avec nous, agence de voyage réceptive spécialisée dans l'Oenotourisme ( 3 à 4 personnes)🍷

Les deux salles sont séparées par une verrière, on en a fait un coin café (photo). Nous recherchons des collocs sympa avec des voix douces, dites nous en plus sur vous et vos activités ! We speak fluent English too ! Our clients are from all over the world.

Le tarif comprends : - L'accès au bureau du lundi au samedi de 7h à 20h - Accès à une salle de réunion - Internet fibre - Café espresso - Coin cuisine (micro-onde + évier + frigo)

Possibilité d’ouvrir une ligne téléphonique si besoin.

Contrat d'une durée de 1 mois minimum, flexible sur la durée.

Prix : 250 EUR HT par mois / par poste
Temps partiel : 200 EUR HT par mois

Spirits clash: Cognac VS Armagnac! 🥃

Lena’s loyalty to Cognac took a turn after a lunch at .bordeaux , where a sip of Armagnac sparked reflections on their intriguing differences.

First, they have distinct processes, grapes, terroirs, and tastes. Cognac is considered subtle and gentle, while Armagnac is known to be more complex and robust.

The biggie? Their history! Armagnac, rooted in French tradition with confidential artisanal practices, while Cognac’s origins aimed at conquering international markets.

So, let’s say: Cognac’s the international star, and Armagnac’s the French favorite.✨🇫🇷
