The first floor apartment offers three bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed and a bunk bed [with a single high sleeper and a double bed below], bedroom 3 has a double bed. A bathroom with walk in shower, bath and WC plus an additional WC next to the bathroom. This apartment contains a very well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. It has a dining r

oom with a large table and separate lounge area with Sky TV. There is also a balcony with a small table and chairs which can be accessed from the dining room, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and watching our spectacular sunsets. Upstairs you will find:
Apartment two, which has four bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has three single beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has a double bed. It is fully equipped for self-catering and has a kitchen/diner and separate lounge with Sky TV. There is two bathrooms with WCs, one with walk-in shower and the other with a bath/shower. All linen is included and beds are made up for your arrival. Bath and hand towels are included. Pool towels are NOT provided. A washing machine is available in the utility room for guests to use along with BBQ equipment. The pool is 8m x 4m and 1m deep and has a security gate. Chairs, sun beds and parasols are at your disposal. There is an outside shower provided and a toilet/changing room. You can enjoy the fenced lake area as a quiet place to sit and relax. Within the garden area there are three outdoor dining areas and BBQ facilities. We can provide a high chair. Our indoor Games room has table tennis, table football, darts and a pool table. Children's play area with climbing frame, swings and slide. Wifi available free of charge. No smoking permitted inside the building and pets are not accepted. Our accommodation is situated just a five minute walk from the centre of Bourganeuf which is a quiet medieval town with the Tour de Zizim, bars, restaurants and a traditional French market weekly for all your weekly produce. There is a lot to explore in this beautiful region; the great Lac de Vassievière with beaches and numerous water sports, walking, fishing, chateaux, traditional markets,, zoos and fun parks. Il dispose d'une salle à manger avec une grande table et un coin salon séparé avec Sky TV. Il y a aussi un balcon avec une petite table et des chaises auxquelles on peut accéder depuis la salle à manger, idéal pour déguster un verre de vin et admirer nos couchers de soleil spectaculaires. A l'étage, vous trouverez :

Une machine à laver est disponible dans la buanderie pour les clients qui peuvent l'utiliser avec l'équipement de BBQ. La piscine est de 8m x 4m et 1m de profondeur et a une porte de sécurité. Chaises, chaises longues, chaises longues et parasols sont à votre disposition. Il y a une do**he à l'extérieur et une toilette et un vestiaire. Vous pouvez profiter de la zone du lac clôturé comme un endroit calme pour s'asseoir et se détendre. Dans le jardin, il y a trois salles à manger extérieures et un barbecue. Nous pouvons fournir une chaise haute. Notre salle de jeux couverte est équipée d'une table de ping-pong, d'un baby-foot, de fléchettes et d'une table de billard. Aire de jeux pour enfants avec cadre d'escalade, balançoires et toboggan. Wifi disponible gratuitement. Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du bâtiment et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas acceptés. Notre hébergement est situé à cinq minutes à pied du centre de Bourganeuf qui est une ville médiévale tranquille avec le Tour de Zizim, des bars, des restaurants et un marché hebdomadaire traditionnel français pour tous vos produits de la semaine. Il y a beaucoup à explorer dans cette belle région, le grand Lac de Vassivière avec ses plages et ses nombreux sports nautiques, ses promenades, sa pêche, ses châteaux, ses marchés traditionnels, ses zoos et ses parcs de loisirs.

About us

A warm welcome to Le Petit Lac, a wonderful place for families/friends to enjoy a holiday as a group. Our superb house consists of two spacious apartments which can be hired together or separately. Both apartments have; a well equipped kitchen, a dining room, separate lounge area with TV, bath/shower rooms and a separate WC. The first floor apartment has a balcony with a small table and chairs which can be accessed from the dining room, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and watching our spectacular sunsets.

A high chair is available. All linen is included and beds are made up for your arrival. Bath/hand towels are included in the cost, however pool towels are not provided. The utility room provides a washing machine, large sink and BBQ equipment for guests to use.

Within the garden space, there is a BBQ area, with a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. In addition, there are another two dining areas situated around the lake. The property features an enclosed, outdoor pool [9m x 4m and 1.1m deep] with a security gate. Sun beds, parasols and chairs are at your disposal. There is a shower next to the pool and a toilet/changing room nearby. You can relax and unwind in the vicinity of our fenced lake, a picturesque area to read, sit or walk around.

Our indoor games room has table tennis, table football, darts and a pool table. In addition there is a small play area with climbing frame, slide and two swings [under 12’s only].
