Moulin De Lagrosse is a 16th century water mill and French Holiday Cottages set alongside a quiet lane with a beautiful setting alongside the River Dropt and set within 7 acres of land within the Lot et Garonne area but only 6km from the Dordogne region. The Moulin has been sympathetically renovated by the current owners Wayne and Sally Bailey who have owned the property since 2008 to provide two

spacious holiday gites and a 10 x 5 metre outdoor swimming pool with terraces. The bastide town of Villereal is only 5 minutes drive or for those more energetic you can cycle to view its fascinating history, beautiful church and many small shops in the arcades selling local produce and also visit the local markets to sample local produce and the night markets in the summer months (Jul-Aug) which provide a good place to meet people, drink and taste the local wines and delicacies of the area.
