Anyone near Keppel needs a good workout on Tuesday mornings. This is it.

If you hadn’t already heard the exciting news.....Ola will be heading up our Keppel Bay class starting next Tuesday in a HIIT & Run style class.
This class will be a combination of High Intensity Interval Training & Running. Some days you may be stationary on your mats and other days you will be out exploring areas around Keppel in a travelling HIIT class. It guarantees a high calories burn and will boost your metabolism getting you set for the day.

Une très bonne expérience a Ceret

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Ceret avec ma femme et mon fils. L’appartement en centre ville est bien situé. La terrasse est très très agréable ainsi que le reste de l’ appartement. Bref nous avons passé un excellent moment !
