Our new and bright studio is located in the heart of the old town - the area of le Suquet, Cannes. For your rest there are one double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. For your baby we also have a folding bed and a dining chair. Separate shower and a toilet with a window. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. There is a large pot for soup or spaghetti, pans, toaster, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, electric stove, microwave, washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board. At your service is also free wi fi and digital television (more than 100 channels in different languages). On the balcony you can comfortably sit at the table with a glass of wine, admiring the panoramic view of the old town.

Shopping:
One of the main shopping streets of the old town is Rue Meynadier. It goes by the famous covered market Marché Forville - a gastronomic paradise for gourmets. Here in this market, you can have breakfast and lunch. On the street Rue d’Antibes, there are many designer boutiques and the most famous brands.
Restaurants:
Three minutes walk from the apartment, on a narrow street Rue du Suquet, there is an astronomical number of restaurants for different taste (including 5 restaurants with Michelin stars). Breakfast and snacks are available in cafes and restaurants on the plage Boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau.
Getting around
》Gare SNCF de Cannes (train station) is in a 15-minute walk from the apartment or an 8-minute by bus.
》The bus stop “Le Riou” is 120 meters from the house.
》By buses N1, N2, NA you can get to the train station Gare SNCF de Cannes.
》Port de Cannes is located 600 meters from the house, from the port you can reach Ile de Lérin and Saint-Tropez by sea.
Parking:
There are some public parking spaces in front of the house, and also several big municipal parking lots within a five-minute walk distance.
I would recommend you a large multi-level parking Suquet Forville (P2). It’s here:

Get in to the top level of the Parking. To get out choose Entrée 2: rue des Tambourinaires.
After 350 meters downhill, passing along the Rue des Suisses and Rue du Pré you will find yourself at the entrance of my house.
