It is approximately 30 minutes from Pau airport, on the outskirts of the hamlet of Cannet, close to the town of Riscle, and in the heart of the Madiran wine region. The area is popular with young families looking for a relaxing holiday in the countryside or sunbathing at the local lakes with man-made beaches. There are two sets of French doors off the kitchen, one leading to the main patio area and garden, and the other onto a balcony overlooking the mill pond. Adjoining the kitchen is a large sitting room with a wood burning stove and a separate playroom with a double sofa bed. There is a downstairs toilet and utility room with a washing machine. A high chair and travel cot are available on request. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, air-conditioning and an ensuite shower room, and another with a double bed and balcony overlooking the mill pond. There is a large family bathroom with toilet, bidet, twin sinks and a bath with integrated shower. There is also a separate w/c with toilet and washbasin.
