Large 3 bedroom house available for holiday or short term letting. Extensive garden with good access There is plenty to occupy the children.

This beautiful modern spacious house is nestled in the countryside in a tranquil setting. It is decorated to a high standard with some traditional french furniture. There are 3 large bedrooms, extensive living area opening into the garden for outdoor dining and a games room. It is quiet, secluded, and set just outside the village so is not remote and is within easy reach of all local amenities. Th

e extensive gardens gently slope down towards a river which borders the property.After a busy day, relax on the patio, sip a glass of wine and take in the beauty and unwind from the hectic life that we all seem to lead. For the less energetic, try the comfy sunloungers and light up the bbq for a long leisurely lunch. We have a gamesroom with bar, football, a darts board and many other games. The space allows the grown ups some much needed peace and quiet. Early or late in the season the cosy, comfortable lounge is the perfect place to be, with a roaring log fire, Sky tv or just listen to some music on the dvd player, the choice is yours, it is your holiday! We are within easy reach of the town of Carhaix. Here you will find many restaurants and bars and again for the children, there is an amazing swimming pool with a flume and whirlpool bath. Once a week Carhaix hosts its local market, here you will find such a selection of breads, cheeses, hams, wonderful fresh vegetables and a host of other locally produced fare, a visit to the market is a must. Take a walk or cycle ride from the house on one of the many paths following the one of many planned trails.

We highly recommend a visit to NOMAD Crêperie possibly the best galettes and crepes we have ever tasted, the cider was lovely too!
