What an extraordinary adventure!!! ❤️‍🔥

A little over a year ago, I joined the Cavas team and it was a family that welcomed me with open arms!
I started the year trembling, shaking and not very confident.
I challenged and surpassed myself every day, fought against my doubts, fears and weaknesses.
At first I felt ignorant about Argentine culture and wines. What saved me was my international knowledge of wine (and also my smile I think... 🤭)
Then not only the many visits and tastings in the bodegas of Mendoza, but also the incredible trips I had in Latin America have taught me more than I hoped.
Thanks to everyone's support, I moved forward. The recognition and trust of the management team, the operational team and the positive feedback from delighted customers carried me. I tried to work hard, to give the best and shine as much as I could to offer light, share my passion for wine and transmit knowledge and savoir-faire.
My way of working is not always the best but I put all my heart into it. I believe that a person's success lies as much in her/his work as in her/his personality. We are all human beings.
Being yourself, honest, humble, knowing how to recognize your weaknesses and mistakes and question yourself is perhaps the greatest lesson.
Trust in yourself because everything is posible.
