GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Tranquility guaranteed while being close to amenities.
The hotel is 2.5 km from the famous Almanarre sandy beach.
The port and the village of Carqueiranne as well as the city of Hyères are located at 4km with their terraces of animated restaurants, their local shops and their traditional markets.
The islands of Port Cros, Levant or Porquerolles are easily accessible from Hyères or the end of the Giens peninsula (Fondue Tower).
Water sports (sailing, kite, paddle, windsurfing) are nearby.
We are also ideally located for hiking, mountain biking, visits to surrounding villages.
OUR VILLA:
South facing, in the pine forest of the Mont des Oiseaux private park, our villa completely renovated and perfectly equipped offers magnificent sea views.
The house on one level, with a surface of 90m² can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a large living room with lounge (flat screen TV, Bose speaker), dining area, kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer), 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, new bedding), a large bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
The linen is provided (sheets and towels).
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. It is forbidden to smoke in the house.
THE GARDEN:
The 1000m2 garden offers two large terraces and a large above-ground wooden swimming pool (5.5m × 3.50m and 1.24m deep with a children's safety ladder). Magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea, the islands and the pine forest.
Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs and table tennis are available.

From Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10pm
