What would you say to the idea of a summer skiing holiday in southwest France?

No, we haven't gone completely off-piste - it's a real possibility and one such slope already exists a couple of hours away on the Atlantic coast.

The difference is that the surface is created with pine needles!

It could be some time off yet, but watch this space!!

A new cycle track is nearing completion, due to open officially on 5th July.

It links Our local town of Marmande to the spa town of Casteljaloux and it’s lake, via a former railway line.

If you wish, we can put you in touch with bike hire companies, who will deliver to Les Hirondelles for your stay with us.

There are also numerous marked road routes in the area, one of which passes right by us.

Here are a few of the attractions of our corner of France.
