La Grande Bastide

La Grande Bastide is a beautiful, early 19th Century villa located in a remote, private setting atop an expansive plateau of vineyards and olive groves among the hills above Grimaud and only 25 minutes from Saint Tropez. you. Enclosed within a large, attractive walled garden, the house is seclusively surrounded by vines and olive groves both to the front and the rear of the house. Just outside the walled garden in a fantastic sun trap is a 6 metre x 4 metre raised plunge pool with a sheltered sun deck. The interior has the feel and charm of slightly faded grandeur with a magnificent first floor salon complete with parquet flooring and wall hangings. There are 3 principle double bedrooms, 3 further double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. These are complimented by 3 bath/shower rooms and 3 separate W.C.'s. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen and separate dining room seating up to 12.
