The property was chosen not only for its beauty but as its roots are deeply set within the heart

of many, if not all Motorsport fans, as it is just 15 minutes drive from the centre of Le Mans, linked to the worlds most famous endurance motor race, the 24 hour. This is an incredibly flexible property with a range of accommodation including annex facilities, parking for a large number of vehicles and various outdoor pursuits including fishing in the lake, swimming in the above ground heated swimming pool, use of the games area as well as BBQ facilities, all encompassed within a totally private 27 acre estate. The property provides guests with free Wi-Fi throughout the rooms, including disabled-friendly accommodation and wet-rooms. We happily allow pets with prior notice and can even offer transport to and from the circuit including racing vehicle transport, which is particularly useful if you are competing in any of the events held at the 24HR or Bugatti circuits. The final unique touch is the exclusive use of luxury bed linen and sumptuous Egyptian cotton towels - all included within the cost.
