We set out to France to persue our dream of living in an old stone farm house and renovating barns, stables etc to offer as Gites or B&B. Our Gite offers a light, comfortable place for you to stay, whatever your means are for your stay in France. We are located about 40 minutes from Dijon, 30 minutes from Beaune and 10 minutes from Chateaux Neuf. Lyon is a mere 2 hours drive, making our location a
lso a very good stop over point if you are travelling south or on your way back home. We do offer a breakfast service if required, however our accomodation has fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. The Lounge area has a very comfy Sofa and we have also installed Freesat and Wifi internet ( Included) for you. The upstairs has a very spacious bedroom with high ceilings and en-suite shower room. All towels and linen are provided for your stay. We have incorporated original features of the barn to make your stay an authentic one. We will welcome you personally on arrival on which you will receive your welcome pack. We run our business with clarity for our customers. What does this mean? We have no extra costs, the price you see is what you pay. We have NO extra cleaning costs, water or electricity bills, internet charges etc. House front

We are located in the small quiet village of Essey, but we are only 10 minutes from the motorway making us a prime location for all activities. Golf, fishing, walking, biking, wine tasting, shopping, restaurants, bars and bird watching or just relaxing in our large garden are just some of the acitivites that are available to you. You do have your own private garden area for only you to use, but we do also welcome you to use our large garden ca 3000m² if you wish. Paul is a very talented artist of which his pictures are avaibale for you to puchase, as are our fresh daily layed eggs from our chickens.
