AlphaProvence arranges for homeowners the arrival and departure of new tenants. This includes key collection, cleaning, bedding/linens and solving problems L.M.

Alpha Provence Rental Management is a professional trustworthy company to look after your (holiday) home. We are based in Fayence in the South of France (83). We take care for you, the property and your guests, whether they be friends, family or paying holiday tenants. You will have a single point of contact for yourself and your guests. We will deal with your guests, the problems and any emergenc

y. We will keep you up to speed with what is going on. We report back immediately any complaints from your guests or defects with the property or its contents. A broken or non-working toilet or fridge, a broken satellite receiver, or a non-working pool pump, we reported immediately with a proposed course of action and an estimation to sort it out. We will arrange the "meet and greet" with your guests and your property. We always suggest a "welcome pack" (some cold drinks and beverages). If the quests would like us to do some shopping in front it is possible. We have an (emergency) phone number and are available 24 hours by SMS or WhatsApp. We provide:
• A full inventory (including photographs) of your property for security and insurance purposes
• Advice on what personal possessions should stay and what should be locked away
• Meet & greet with the tenants ‘key collections’. Providing information about the area, restaurants, shops, things to see/do etc
• Advice on house, garden and pool cleaning
• Advice on bedding and towels
• A mid-week or mid-stay visit to check on guests, the state of the property, garden and pool
• Emergency assistance (Doctors, dentists, hospital etc.)
• A call out service for disasters in the house, plumbers, electricians, pool experts, as well as problems with toilets, tv, Ethernet, fridges and washing machines. Renting out your holiday home and looking after your paying guests are two different things. By making use of Alpha Provence with an their hosting staff, expertise and resources will help to maximise your property's rental potential and give you peace of mind when you are back home. It's been a long time since we posted an item. We were busy, in the background, with the development of our company.

During the rental period Alpha Provence is at all times available to resolve problems in favor of the tenants and the house owner.

Alpha Provence is based in the South of France, Fayence (83) just between Cannes and Frejus. We speak French, German, English and Dutch.
