Getting ready for the next guests. Book direct maximum €120 per night per Gite if booked directly during June. Each Gite sleeps 6 guests plus cot if required, Includes all bedding and towels.
Self catering, 2 local restaurants 5 minutes drive Kbane Fontestorbes and Pré du bonheur

Family friendly, above ground pool, 2 large shared gardens, dog friendly if discussed in advance. Each Gite has BBQ and terrace.
If required we can supply a cot and highchair.
Both gites can be hired together for families/ friends wanting to holiday together but want their own space too.
Lots to see and do in the Ariege area and the Aude too.

New year holiday is fully booked but we have availability for Christmas.
Availability also October, November & December.
You can hire both gites together or just 1. They both sleep 6+1 =7 people including children and babies.
All bedding included and 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per guest.
We cannot guarantee the weather, snow, rain or sun. Open log fire if required.
Gites will have some decorations but these can be removed if necessary for your stay.
Unfortunately no Stag/hen parties, we are located in a small village in the foothills of the Midi Pyrenees. Quiet time from 22h30.
Airports if required Carcassonne approx 1h 20 or Toulouse just under 2 hrs. But please check with me if you are wanting to book before you book your flights.
Large secure garden , and another secure area if you have a dog to exercise (extra house rules).

Gites and gardens prepared ready for guests.
We still have some availability from €110 per night per gite, that's less than €20 per night for 6 people. 3 bedrooms of 1 double and 2 twin bed rooms.
This includes all bedding plus 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per guest. Extra bedding towels provided if required after 1st week.

Large shared secure garden with play area.
Above ground pool that guests may use.
Well behaved Dogs accepted by prior arrangement, although house rules apply and possible extra charges may apply. Please ask.

We can provide some baby equipment, cot, fold up bed, safety gate and booster seat for dining table, by prior arrangement.

L'épicerie du village Chez Mathilde

Highly recommend for children and adults Crapahut Parc Aventure then enjoy a lovely meal at Kbane or return to your gite for a BBQ.

Each gite sleeps 6 +1 (cot or fold up bed) in 3 bedrooms. All bedding except for cot is provided. 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel per guest. Wood for the open log fire is available at 6 € per night if required. Tarrif from 100€ per night per gite, discounts available just ask and we can discuss.

Nouveau : des cours de hip-hop à Lavelanet
Joshua Thiesset de l'association Street creativity propose aux 6 – 17 ans des cours de hip-hop au centre multisports municipal le jeudi de 19h à 20h et de 20h à 21h. Tombé dans la marmite du hip-hop voici 25 ans, Joshua Thiesset allie l’artistique à l’acrobatie. Fully booked over the New Year but contact us for Christmas dates we may have availability. Each gite sleeps 6 people, plus cot. We can not guarantee the weather but you will have a good time, plenty of walks or cycle routes. Or visit our local ski resort, Station de Ski - Mont d'Olmes 40 minutes drive or Beille & Chioula or sledging at .
Drive the lovely route to Andorra approximately 1 & 1/2 hours and get your dutyfree.
Or just relax and unwind.

Our lovely guests from Paris left yesterday and our Catalonian guests today. Garden ready for our next guests arrival today and Tuesday.
