Mas Lou Peyloubet

Mas Peyloubet is a large mas in the Grasse region, with the main house dating back to the eighteenth century. When you rent the whole property for a private rental ;- you have the potential to sleep 14. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and the Olive grove apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You have full exclusive use of the extensive garden and grounds ~ consisting of a large s

alt water pool, Terrain de boules, table tennis, and there is a large flat lawn where you can play a nice game of croquet. The grounds are made up of Terraces with old dry stone walls, lavender, Roses and over 250 ancient olive trees, these are harvested at the end of the year and pressed at a local mill into the most wonderful virgin cold pressed olive oil, there are also fig and orange trees that are made into jam, chutney and marmalade. All of these you can get to try, and if you so wish, can purchase to take a taste of the Côte d’Azur home with you.
10 hours of maid service are provided for the villa per week. (Normally~ Monday & Wednesday 3 hours and 4 on a Friday with linen change for rentals over one week). If more hours or daily bed making are requested this can be arranged at extra cost. Mas Peyloubet Bed & Breakfast
This is a family home and we the owners wish to share our wonderful property with you. We hope you enjoy your stay and treat our home with the same respect you would your own. Check in;~ from 4pm / Check out;~ by 10am
Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 10.30 am ~ Continental breakfast is served in the al-fresco dining area of the pool house; weather permitting, or in the wonderful family provencal kitchen. Home made jams and marmalade are served with fresh bagettes & croissants. You have use of tea and coffee making facilities in the summer kitchen. HONESTY BAR;- stocked with snacks ~ juices ~ soft drinks ~ beer and a selection of wine. NO SMOKING in any of the buildings. NO PETS
CHILDREN ACCEPTED – travel cot and high chair can be provided. OWN TRANSPORT IS NECESSARY
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a hair dryer. Your provided with all linen & pool towels. Soaps are from the famous Fragonard perfume factory in nearby Grasse, which you can go visit to see the production of their many wonderfully scented products. Wi-fi in all communal areas of the house and pool house. You have full use of the communal areas of the main house, you can relax by the pool in the sun or in the shade of the pool house. Or you can sink into one of the large comfortable sofas in the main living room out of the heat of the day or to snuggle in front of the fire depending on the time of year, there are well stocked book shelves and board games. There is also the small salon / study for TV & the mezzanine in the pool house to watch movies and an extensive DVD library. You have full use of the extensive garden and grounds ~ consisting of a large salt water pool (that can be heated), Terrain de Boules, table tennis, and there is a large flat lawn where you can play a nice game of croquet.
