Happy Easter everyone.
So we have been very quiet as such. Allot going on here with us health wise etc.
So Helpers are starting to get in touch, it's that time of year again. Well, the decision has been made here. We will no longer at this time have any one here. Other than someone that has visited us before ! I say this but also mean that people that we actually want here. After the summer of 2022 and the people that were with us we have had enough. The total disrespect of people that came to help and I say help tongue in cheek. Which is a very sad thing to say. ALLOT of helpers that have been here have been totally AMAZING and we love you truly we do. WE ARE VERY, VERY HAPPY YOU CAME IN TO OUR LIVES. However, the last summer was horrendous.
From drug dealers to gangsters sons that went totally off the rails drinking one bottle of vodka after another each day. To drugs. Emotional breakdowns. Lazy entitled individuals that had no respect for us or our home. Topping it off with couples that could not see ware they were going in life and someone thinking that they needed to teach me the mystic art of ....................... One or two more mentally ill than I would like to talk about. So no, no more.
HONESTLY we don't need it anymore in our own home, it seems a lot of people have little respect at times and forget that they are not at home but in someone else.
So we are plodding on, on our own, as such. IF you have been with us before and want to return then fine. PLEASE do get in touch but honestly at the age of 64 and 65 John and I no longer need people that ruin our peace.

Yes it's a little bit long but this is the pair of them. There last night together befor she took off. He's now joined her and we hope they have a very long and happy life

She's left him all on his own. So funny I actually heard her call late evening. I like to think she was saying thanks and goodbye.

So we have bought a night vision camera to see what the birds / owls are up to at night. I have to say it can get addictive

Life is all about baby barn owls at the moment and this is them at around 6 weeks old we had then had them with us 4 weeks.

This video was taken a few weeks ago. The birds are now well and truly settled in there out side home.
