I've just been sorting out the loft, it's available on a weekly or monthly rent as a retreat for artists. There are two double bedrooms and a shared kitchen and huge workspace. 3 baths, kitchen, laundry room. etc. Working tables, and a wall board for art. . One artist 6000 euros for the month. Weekly 1600 for the whole loft. Explore Paris, and work at the same time. Metro and subway line close walk. Direct to most of the major museums and land marks. Or walk into the centre of the city along the river in about 45 mins. Local bakery and supermarket. Sit in the garden and watch the birds for breakfast and 20 mins later be in the Louvre.
