11- 14:30 Silver fish session.

Fergs - 5 lb 4 oz of Tench, Roach
Toddy - 3 lb 4 oz of Tench and roach.
14:15 - 1800 Carp session.
Toddy - 25.3 M, 19.4 M, 30.4 C, 13 .6 C.
Fergs - 8.10 C, 18.2 C, 17.6 C, 11.15 C
Russ - 22.8 M
A cracking day on the bank, overcast but 23 degrees, the Roach have now spawned and the carp are well on the move. Well done to Toddy for becoming a member of the '30' club'... The Matrix Torque came in handy !!

After the awful weather we've had over the past few days and the minus temperature overnight, It was an out of sorts day down the lake yesterday, 7 of us on the bank but the fish weren't playing ball....
Paying out 1st, 2nd and the Biggest fish, the scores as follows.
Tony - su***de alley- 16.5 m, 17.3 m + 2.5 lb of silvers.
Russ - Dam centre - 19.4 c (biggest fish of the day)
Fergs - Dam end- 17.2 c
Clive - Willow swim- 14.6 c.
Pete - Dads peg- dnw
Toddy - chalet bank platform- dnw
Kev - point swim- dnw
As always, the banter was plentiful throughout the day.

5-4-2022 Scores on the doors today @ Le Bel Etang.
Russ - Dads swim- 28 lb 4 oz Mirror, 25 lb 8 oz Mirror, 29 lb 4 oz Mirror, Total 83. 6 lb, 38 kg.
Peter - Willow swim- 22 lb 6 oz Common, 9 lb 11 oz Common.
Toddy - Mid dam wall- 16 lb 9 oz Mirror
Dave Ollie - End of dam wall- 15 lb 8 oz Common
Fergs - Point swim- 1 Roach
Kev - Chalet bank platform- DNW
It was overcast for most of the day, and no rain !!!! but after the weekends snow and low temps we were expecting a few more pulls as the pressure was slowly climbing on the barometer...... but I think the water temp had something to do with it.... the carp still arn't settled yet... hopefully the Roach will have a spawn soon and that'll get the carp moving around for a good old slurping session with the temp forecast to increase in temp over the next couple of weeks, fingers crossed.
As usual, a good laugh and banter throughout the day.

27-3-22 Day Session.
5 of us on the bank today, started off 0 degrees on the thermometer at 8 o'clock this morning and finished up in T-shirts and 20 plus degrees by 12 o'clock.... we all thought the same, we're in for a good day today, alas not the case. The fishing was difficult, the carp just didn't want to know but persistance and patience paid off in the end for some of us.
Scores as follows:
Russ - Dads peg - 26 lb 8 oz Mirror, 39 lb 2 oz Mirror ( both caught on the pole) plus a 6 oz roach.
Peter R - End of Dam - 20 lb 1 oz Common, 8 oz Common.
Toddy - Mid dam wall - 17 lb 8 oz Common.
Fergs - Willow swim - 3 Rudd for 1 lb.
Kev - Chalet bank platform - DNW
As usual the craic was worth it and to be sat in a T-shirt instead of being dressed like 'Nanook of the North' it was well worth it.
