This unspoilt region is a paradise for walkers, cyclists, anglers and lovers of nature. Horse riding, canoeing and watersports among other activities are on offer at the nearby outdoor activity centre and the charming medieval towns of Montmorillon, Chauvigny and Angles sur l’Anglin are all within easy reach. Until the mid 1900s the house and outbuildings were a busy hotel and bar in the centre of

the village. Now, with everything you need on your doorstep starting with your freshly-baked morning croissant from the boulangerie, the Studio “Victor Hugo” and the Gîte provide an excellent base for exploring this region.
