📍Cassis
Cassis is a sublime town. And it's not just its pine forests, vineyards and architectural buildings that make it so beautiful. It's also thanks to the power of flowers!

📍Bormes-les-Mimosas
Best known for its Fort de Brégançon, Bormes-les-Mimosas knows a thing or two about flowers, especially Acacia dealbata, a variety of mimosa that produces beautiful purple blossoms.

📍The Loire Valley is France's châteaux region. The list is not exhaustive, but there are over 3,000 of them.

Let's zoom in on one of them:

📸Château de Chambord was designed by the architect Leonardo da Vinci, who was 64 when it was built. The château dates from the Renaissance (16th century) and defines its architectural style. Starting in 1526, 1,800 workers were mobilized to build the château. It measures 156 meters long, 117 wide and 58 high. It has 4 storeys.

It's famous for being the first French Renaissance château, the work of François 1er. What's special about this château is that it has a double staircase, meaning that you can go up one side of the staircase and down the other. This means that people don't pass each other on the stairs.🕍
