Whether you come from a stressful life situation needing time to relax or you simply want to learn more while staying in a beautiful location we are here to provide you with an unforgettable experience. The food you will be served is inspired from the beautiful produce grown by our local farmers, we look for what is available, ripe and best at the time. We all dine together to enjoy food and wine that is tasty, interesting, healthy and balanced. Between the classes clients are able to use the 14 x 5m heated salt water swimming pool, play boules or sit quietly among the olives trees (we have more than 80 on the property). We also arrange numerous excursions which may include visiting vineyards, local markets, bike tours, walks around the local area and villages to visit.
